Description

Overview:

Evaluation is a critical step in any SBIRT implementation effort. When you invest significant time, money and effort into initiating an SBIRT program, you will want to be able to say that it makes a difference in practice and outcomes. In this webinar, we will review the basics of setting up an evaluation plan specific to an SBIRT program implementation, including both process and outcome measures. We will focus on ways to align your evaluation plan with data you already collect. Participants will come away with a basic set of evaluation concepts and tools to apply to their own settings.

Learning objectives:
1. Participants will be able to identify appropriate questions for an SBIRT evaluation.
2. Participants will be able to connect potential sources of data to an SBIRT evaluation plan.
3. Participants will be able to discuss ways to apply concepts of SBIRT evaluation to their own settings.
